Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We may also require you to submit the evidence to support your case.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and the modification/or cancellation you would like to make and we’ll confirm once it has been made.
If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 3.2% or 4.4% cancellation fee depending on the provider to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Please note: Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MCF™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MCF™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address, we can not be responsible for lost packages delivered to the wrong address.
MCF™ cannot predict or guarantee that you will attain a particular result by using this product, as results may differ for each individual. Each individual's results may depend on his or her unique skin type as well as other factors.
If uncertain, please consult with your dermatologist prior to purchasing the products.
If you provided us with incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the product has been sent back to us, we will provide the refund less £6.99/$9.95 per product to cover shipping fee, return, handling and carrier's storage fees.
If the postman missed you at the address and you failed to arrange re-delivery or collect the item from your local collection point within the allowed period of 18 days and the product has been shipped back to us, then deduction of £6.99/$9.95 will apply to your refund.
